Support for your project team

Extra help for your agency team.

Need help with website pages, content or a learning resource? We can discuss a defined piece of work within your wider project. Scope, availability and supplier requirements are agreed before an appointment.

A manageable first piece of work

Three scopes to discuss.

These are illustrative first-project packages. A brief, capability and supplier checks would confirm the scope, acceptance criteria, price and timing. The linked demonstrations illustrate design choices; they are not completed client appointments.

A landing page with your content

One page for an agreed audience and next step, using your approved content.

You provide
Approved copy, licensed images, brand assets, the intended next step and one approval contact.
Possible outputs
One responsive HTML page with up to five agreed content sections, navigation and links.
Review, checks and handover
Acceptance checks
Check the approved content, links, agreed phone and desktop layouts, keyboard use and accessibility requirements. Record any limits.
Review
Review the first version through one feedback contact. Agree the included revision rounds before production.
Handover
The agreed site files, update guidance, check notes and a record of licences and dependencies.
Separate assessment
Original copy, CMS development, live forms, payments, domain and hosting services, specialist audits and ongoing support need separate assessment.

BRASA demonstration

Website updates

A limited content or layout change to one agreed page or section of a suitable existing site.

You provide
The page and requested changes, approved replacement content, authorised access arrangements and an approval contact. Leave passwords out of the initial draft.
Possible outputs
The agreed changes in a reviewable copy, with a record of what was changed.
Review, checks and handover
Acceptance checks
Check the requested changes, affected links and interactions, agreed screen sizes and a practical recovery route.
Review
Assess the existing site first. Review the changes before replacement or publication; revision rounds and any extra work are agreed in scope.
Handover
Amended files or an agreed export, change notes, check results and guidance on dependencies and recovery.
Separate assessment
Full rebuilds, migrations, unsupported platforms, new integrations and ongoing maintenance need separate assessment.

COMMON GROUND demonstration
Inspect resource cards, search recovery and a local planner as interface examples.

A learning worksheet

A short worksheet built around one agreed learning goal and subject review.

You provide
The audience, learning goal, approved subject content, answer logic, licensed assets and a subject reviewer.
Possible outputs
A worksheet of up to three pages, separate answer notes and agreed editable and printable files.
Review, checks and handover
Acceptance checks
The subject reviewer approves the content and answers. Check instructions, reading level, print layout and the agreed accessibility requirements.
Review
Review the first draft with one approval contact and an appropriate subject reviewer. Agree the included revision rounds in advance.
Handover
Editable source, printable output, answer notes and agreed usage guidance, with any remaining limits recorded.
Separate assessment
Accreditation, assessment of attainment, learner accounts, learning-platform integration and complex interactive learning need separate assessment.

Brightside demonstration
Explore the printable worksheet, separate answer key and learning interactions.

No fixed price, delivery date or availability is promised by these examples. Specialist requirements and additional work need assessment before a commitment.

Where HODRA could support your team

Focused tasks. Defined deliverables.

These are work packages we can discuss with your team. Capability, availability and your supplier requirements are checked before anything is agreed.

Web delivery

Agreed pages, website sections or content updates, with project files, test notes and handover guidance. Hosting and integrations are scoped separately.

Copy and content

Page copy, edits or case-study drafts in an editable format, using approved sources and clearly marking facts that need client confirmation.

Learning resources

Worksheets, slides or simple browser activities, with agreed learning goals, instructions and answer notes for subject review.

Design and presentations

A report, slide deck or defined set of graphics, supplied as agreed source files and exports that follow your brand.

Research and data

A focused research summary or organised spreadsheet, with source links, method notes and data-quality limitations.

Practical automation

A defined task script or workflow, with instructions, safe sample-data checks and a recovery route. Access and live activation need approval.

Working alongside your team

Your brief, your standards.

Start with the deliverable, deadline and acceptance criteria. A scope review would confirm capability, availability, dependencies and a proposed price before you appoint HODRA.

Agree one delivery contact, a feedback route and the included review rounds. You receive the agreed files, check notes and handover guidance so the package fits your wider project.

White-label presentation, confidentiality, ownership and any client-facing responsibilities are discussed as part of the agreement. Specialist work needs a verified delivery route.

Portfolio and capability

Review the work for yourself.

Six fictional websites demonstrate design and interaction approaches. They are not client references or evidence of government contracts.

Nadeem Jamil trading as HODRA is a sole trader business based in Birmingham. Contract-specific supplier checks are completed before an appointment.

Useful answers

Agency questions

The practical details before a work package is agreed.

Can you support an agency’s public-sector contract?

We can discuss a defined work package. The agency must confirm subcontracting is permitted and check the required evidence, security, competence and disclosures first.

Can work appear under our brand?

A white-label arrangement can be discussed. Ownership, confidentiality, review and client-facing responsibilities need a written agreement.

Do you have government-contract references?

No government contracts or real client references are claimed. The portfolio contains clearly labelled demonstration projects.

How are rates agreed?

There is no final rate card. A quote or rate proposal would follow a review of the task, expected hours, responsibilities, revisions and expenses.

Outline a work package.

Include the task, deadline, budget and acceptance criteria. Leave confidential client material out of the first outline.

Prepare and review your draft, then choose Send enquiry. Your project and contact details are sent to HODRA through Formspree. You can also use Open email to review and send the draft from your own mail app.
