What we receive
Your name, email address, project outline and any optional budget or other details you choose to share. Email and WhatsApp conversations may include further information. Service providers may also process technical request logs, such as IP address, browser and access information.
Why we use it
To reply, understand your brief, discuss or prepare a quote and manage an agreed project. Enquiring does not subscribe you to marketing, reserve work or confirm a price.
Our basis for using it
When an individual asks for a quote, we use necessary details to take steps towards a contract at their request. We rely on legitimate interests to answer business contacts, manage ordinary enquiries and protect the service from abuse, while considering your rights.
Sending an enquiry
Prepare and review your draft, then choose Send enquiry. Your project and contact details are sent to HODRA through Formspree. You can also use Open email to review and send the draft from your own mail app.
Services handling your message
Formspree processes form submissions and technical request information to deliver enquiries and prevent abuse. Form submissions are delivered to HODRA’s enquiry inbox. Our contact inbox uses Google’s Gmail service. Open email also uses your own email provider. WhatsApp processes messages you choose to send there. These providers may process information in the United States and other countries under their own privacy terms and transfer arrangements.
Enquiry retention
We retain non-client enquiries for up to six months after the last contact, then review and delete them manually. Deletion is not automatic. We may retain relevant records longer where needed for legal obligations, recordkeeping or a dispute. Project and financial records follow the project agreement and applicable law.
Your data rights
Contact us to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or to object to use based on legitimate interests. We may need to verify your identity and explain any limits or legal reason for keeping a record. Where UK data protection law applies, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Analytics and cookies
The website code adds no analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies. Your browser and external services operate under their own settings and privacy terms.
Website hosting
The hosting provider operates the website and may process technical request and access logs, including internationally. Its own privacy policy applies to that processing. Local draft content is not included in a submission until you choose to send it.
